Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Account Development Manager to join our team at Manitoulin Transport Inc.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and growing revenues through strategic account development and expansion.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business within existing customer base.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and effective service delivery.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain market knowledge and competitive edge.
  5. Utilize CRM system to track sales activities, update customer information, and analyze sales performance data.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in transportation or logistics industry.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
