Account Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Account Development Manager to join our team at Manitoulin Transport Inc.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and growing revenues through strategic account development and expansion.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record of success in sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business within existing customer base.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and effective service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain market knowledge and competitive edge.
- Utilize CRM system to track sales activities, update customer information, and analyze sales performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in transportation or logistics industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
