**Summary of the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
- Manages assigned sales territory, complete with goals, objectives and performance measurement.
- Analyzes and reports on sales and margin performance of product focus
- Achieves revenue and gross margin targets for the business unit and respective CNC "A" Brand and "Own" Brand products.
- Achieves and maintains end user approvals for CNC "A" & "Own" brand products.
- Develops and engages in Producer / EPCM / OEM / Distributor relationships to understand and resolve customer needs, as well as identify and execute sales growth opportunities.
- Develops and implements CNC strategic sales growth plans and budgets to achieve business unit goals as determined through participation in annual budget processes.
- Provides accurate and timely sales and gross margin monthly forecasts.
- Develops relevant market / customer / competition data and executes analysis of data into meaningful report to support and grow business unit goals.
- Supports and assists in the development of strategic pricing policies, margin growth, inventory mix and customer relationships.
- Delivers sales and technical product presentations to customers (producers, EPCM’s, OEM’s & Distributors) for the development and execution of sales.
- Coordinates with other functional CNC business units to support and achieve budgeted sales and strategic objectives.
- Prepares daily call reports & weekly summary reports reflecting orders, sales efforts, key developments & market conditions.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Power Bi and Outlook.
- Experience in performing to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Hands-on and Can-do attitude.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Five (5) plus years of relative industry sales and marketing experience within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin
- Strong preference to those with direct valve or conventional market experience with a robust network of contacts enabling you to hit the ground running.
- Willingness to travel assigned territory as required.
