Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
