We are seeking a Senior Financial Support Associate to provide high-level support to our Investment Advisors in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, providing proactive client service, and ensuring accurate updates of all necessary documentation.

**Job Description:**

As a Senior Financial Support Associate, you will:

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Investment Advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide exceptional client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding account transactions, tax receipts, and account reporting.
  • Assist with client onboarding and manage incoming communications.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidate Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), completed or working towards completion.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, professional, warm, and friendly to our clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
