Accounting Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Document Genie Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Post journal entries
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Prepare tax returns
* Prepare trial balance of books
* Reconcile accounts

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
* Attention to detail
* Repetitive tasks
* MS Access

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:**

* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 32 hours per week

**Computer and Technology Knowledge:**

* MS Access
