Job Summary:The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Instructional Designer to develop a detailed course planning document, revise and/or create content, and create multimedia activities to ensure student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
- Develop a detailed course planning document
- Revise and/or develop content
- Create multimedia activities
- Choose effective resources
- Accurately cite sources
- Follow guidance on AI-generated content
- PhD in Psychology required
- Demonstration of current engagement in the course subject matter
- Recent and substantial experience in psychology
- Demonstrated ability to write in a clear style
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in facilitating online instruction an asset
