Job Summary:
Thompson Rivers University, Open Learning (TRU-OL) is seeking a qualified content expert/curriculum developer to revise a major course, PSYC 3391: Human Neuropsychology. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Instructional Designer and collaborate with the course development team to develop a detailed course planning document, revise content, and create multimedia activities to ensure student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
- Develop a detailed course planning document
- Revise and/or develop content
- Create multimedia activities
- Choose effective resources
- Accurately cite sources
- Follow guidance on AI-generated content
Qualifications:
- PhD in Biological Psychology or Behavioural Neuroscience
- Demonstration of current engagement in the course subject matter
- Recent experience in biological psychology or behavioural neuroscience
- Demonstrated ability to write in a clear style
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
