Global Administrative Operations Manager

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging opportunity in administration? Nexus Immigration & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Immigrant Investor Program Coordinator to join our team. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the consulting industry. A valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
About the RoleAs an Immigrant Investor Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. You will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will administer policies related to record release, coordinate office services, prepare operating budgets, and assemble data for reports.
