About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 2585335 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive production and operational reports to management.
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and logistics personnel.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of delivery drivers and logistics personnel.
  • Operations Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
    • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies to support logistics operations.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Hold a valid Class 5/5F/G driver's license and maintain a basic security clearance.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a reliable vehicle for business use.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and pressure to perform.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
    • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
