Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Flite Transport Inc. is seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise a team of 3-4 drivers and logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Operations Management
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Personnel Management
- Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support team operations.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Hours
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
