About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting Visitors and Managing Calls: Provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors, answer phone calls promptly, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage office calendars, and perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office), and ability to multitask and prioritize.
