In a fast-paced work environment, beBee Professionals seeks an experienced Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
About the Role:This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team in Edmonton, Canada. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting Visitors and Managing Calls: Provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors, answer phone calls promptly, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage office calendars, and perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office), and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
