The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas. They will also be required to provide basic information to clients and the public, obtain and process information needed to deliver excellent customer service, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate work records and logs, answer telephone calls and relay messages, calculate billing charges, and provide directory assistance.

Estimated salary for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
