We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Edmonton, Canada. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, utilizing your excellent communication skills.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, ensuring seamless coordination with team members.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:
