The President will be responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, overseeing the sales and marketing teams, and developing innovative solutions to stay ahead in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Refine strategic and operating plans, priorities, and options with the owners and senior management team">
  • Work directly with sales leaders to secure projects from existing and new clients">
  • Set up best-practices policies and procedures, and direct day-to-day sales and marketing activities">
  • Manage planning, development, and execution of company marketing materials and advertising programs">
  • Support brokers and sales agents, holding them accountable and providing necessary resources for success">
  • Research and develop effective marketing strategies and tools to generate potential buyers">
  • Analyze and evaluate sales and marketing methods, costs, and results, identifying improvements and corrective actions">
  • Plan and coordinate public affairs and communications efforts, representing the company at community and business meetings">
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely implementation of business and financial plans">

  • 10+ years of sales/sales management experience in Toronto's condominium market">
  • A proven track record of success, with a solid understanding of current trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies">
  • Natural sales leadership abilities, with strong negotiating and closing skills">
  • High energy level, effective time management, and exceptional communications and presentations skills">
