Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Northern Motor Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure that our guests receive prompt and courteous service.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.

Manage Food and Beverage Operations

Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment

Ensure that our food service areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Monitor and Control Inventory

Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock of food, beverages, and supplies to meet our guests' needs.

Prepare Reports and Statistics

Compile and analyze reports and statistics to help us improve our food service operations and make informed business decisions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Strong Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills
Work Environment

Our food service department is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a hotel setting, with a team of staff who are passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Language and Work Schedule

We are a bilingual organization, and we welcome applications from candidates who are fluent in English. The work schedule for this position is 30 hours per week, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.
