Inventory ManagementConduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that every customer has a positive dining experience.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing regular reports to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Work SettingHotel, motel, or resort environment with a focus on customer service and food quality.
Transportation and TravelPublic transportation is available, and occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesFast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and excellent communication skills.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
