Position Overview

The Hotel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations at our establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish work schedules and develop procedures to optimize staff performance.
  • Perform the same duties as the team members under supervision to maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending strategies to boost productivity and quality.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work tasks among staff members.
  • Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring seamless business operations and excellent customer service.
  • Manage requisitioning of materials and supplies to support operational needs.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
