Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Operations: Monitor and control daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
- Supervision: Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting our standards and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
