Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible quality and value.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
