Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bakery Team Member to join our team at Lake Country Radio Cafe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to a high standard.
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Ensure that all products meet established standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This role involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. You must be a reliable and team-oriented individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
