Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet all Federated Co-operatives Limited guidelines on hygiene, presentation, and customer service in the grocery store.
  • Work collaboratively with the Bakery Manager to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Be knowledgeable about products and their sources, and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Adhere to Food Safety Procedures and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards.
  • Provide positive consumer experiences to all customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and a positive team player attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to and at times in excess of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
