Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bakery Team Member to join our team at L&H Tucker Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of dough, batters, and icings for various baked goods
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Assist in the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist in the sales and merchandising of baked goods, including displaying products and handling customer transactions
- Collaborate with the bakery team to achieve production goals and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
