About the Role:

The Bakery Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service and product presentation in the grocery store. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, this individual will:

  • Ensure all Meadow Lake Co-op guidelines on hygiene, presentation, and customer service are met.
  • Develop a positive and professional approach to work, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Provide expert knowledge on products and their sources, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Adhere to Food Safety Procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Effectively maintain and display all types of bakery products according to established standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining location image and housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a positive experience for all customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.
