- Support the development and implementation of business transformation strategies and activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, and apply this knowledge to drive business success.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen and ability to think strategically.
