Strategic Event Planner with Excellent Organizational Skills

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Strategic Event Planner to join our team at Alphabe Insight Inc. in Halifax, NS.
Job SummaryThis role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales, ensuring every detail meets our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless event logistics
- Manage budgets, timelines, and schedules effectively
- Conduct site inspections and oversee event setup and breakdown
- Address and resolve any challenges during the event process
- Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotion
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability under pressure
- Proficiency in project management tools is a plus
