Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Priorities Project Coordinator to join our team at Nova Scotia Community College. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting institutional improvement initiatives and delivering projects that align with the College's strategic goals.

About the Role

The Strategic Priorities Lead is responsible for scoping, organizing, managing, and delivering projects that support the establishment of the new Office of Learning and Transformation (OLT). This includes working with OLT's leadership team on improving and/or growing existing processes, developing new lines of business, and designing/implementing departmental information management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholder sets
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management, strategic planning, and change management
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven years of recent and related occupational experience in project management or a similar role
  • Proven experience leading complex, time-sensitive projects with a track record of successful outcomes
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
