Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Management Associate to join our PMO team. In this role, you will support and report on overall portfolio health and metrics, ensuring alignment to broader enterprise policies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Cadence Reporting: Develop and execute regular reporting on project health and portfolio metrics for various stakeholders.
  2. Alignment and Governance: Ensure Capital Markets project delivery aligns with enterprise policies and standards.
  3. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Training and Development: Design and deliver training materials on process changes and policy updates to the broader project practitioner community.
  5. Intake Process Management: Manage and refine the intake process for new project demand.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong working relationships across broader project teams to build influence and impact with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably coupled with prior project management experience.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau knowledge is an asset.
  • Facilitation experience and/or development of training materials and communications.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Program, including bonuses, flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.
