Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Analyst to join our Supply Chain Intelligence team. As a Technical Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end product vision, ensuring the quality and security of our products, and driving business impact through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve product offerings and launch product features through a deep understanding of Supply Chain Intelligence business needs
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, strategy, inclusive of cost, investment, and overall benefit realization
  • Deliver business impact through a variety of metrics, including product adoption, expansion conversion, and usage
  • Engage with key stakeholders to identify requirements, define product features, and work closely with development teams to get those features in the hands of customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the detailed specifications for Product features
  • Act as the voice of the customer (VOC) and protect their interests on product requirements
  • Collaborate with end users across business units to gain alignment on new initiatives
  • Work with support and technical teams to identify operational and non-functional requirements for the product
  • Oversee product administration, grooming, priority, translation to technical/design specifications, and lifecycle management of all applications within the Supply Chain Finance & Analytics product line
  • Analyze business processes, fit-gap analysis, in-efficiencies, and risks to determine appropriate process and system design by working with other product analysts as needed
  • Ensure proper test coverage. Oversee the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing
  • Conduct product training and contribute to end-user training materials and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education or work experience
  • 0-2 years of experience with software and working with application lifecycle management tools, and popular product management frameworks and tools
  • Nice to have - Product Management experience in leading cross-functional software projects
  • Experience and/or interest in Retail Supply Chain domain in delivering data and apps
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, PowerBI, Google Big Query, Vertex AI is highly preferred
  • Preferred experience working with technical teams on Azure and Google cloud technology solutions
  • Nice to have - End-to-end product lifecycle management - experience in product management focused on technology products is an advantage
  • Nice to have - Prior experience with product management tools (road mapping, mocks, wireframes, product marketing)
  • Knowledge of developer platforms, project management, Git tools, UI/UX tools, etc.
  • Experience with managing software development cycles implementing agile methodologies
  • Expertise in understanding business value drivers, investment decisioning process, and business case development

Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of product management techniques (product roadmap development, feature team planning, agile methodology), web services, online technologies, and user interface design
  • Ability to develop and nurture a product strategy - with direct experience in contributing to strategic planning, product management practices, and organizational, operational, and/or technical change; Possess an up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technology and innovation
  • Strong knowledge of Agile fundamentals, theory, and practical experience from a product management/product owner perspective
  • Knowledge of developer tools, operational tools, and/or application management tools, including monitoring tools, build, continuous delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure as code
  • Understanding of DevOps - how modern software is built, packaged, and deployed
  • Ability to drive requirement definition and solution design sessions, working closely with stakeholders across the entire organization and with developers
  • Ability to successfully partner with business users, vendors, and internal stakeholders; ability to work within a cross-functional team environment where teams are located remotely
  • Strong technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, data requirements, developing system solutions, and documentation standards
  • Strong collaboration skills while working with SME's, senior leaders, IT PMO, and business users/stakeholders to drive business analysis/data requirements
  • Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop product roadmaps, requirements, and defend systems capabilities
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to follow through to resolve customer issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent the team in open forums, to peers, and with senior executives
  • Team player, but can lead small projects independently with little guidance
