Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with experience in large-scale IT projects, specifically in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis and a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure projects.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis in large IT projects
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure projects, including build of new environments, DR, network reconfiguration, and servers' migration
  • Experience with functional and non-functional requirements, process analysis and design, test cases/scripts development, and development of SOPs for support teams
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
  • Experience with enterprise cybersecurity projects, including OS system hardening, implementation of security standards, network segmentation, and system recovery
  • Support/operational experience with desktops, windows/Unix servers
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. They will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
