Administrative Coordinator

At Church\u0027s Chicken McCowan Road, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and budgetary controls
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
