VIP Management Services Inc. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. You will also be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. Additionally, you will assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and coordinate the flow of information within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team

You will also be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, supervising other workers, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures. If you have experience in administration and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
