Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our database, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting up meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
