Instrument & Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Instrument & Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Brunel. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of preventative and predictive maintenance plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Supervise a team of Instrument Technicians and Electrical Technicians to ensure they are trained and competent to complete assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and training.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in refinery maintenance or operations.
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Electrical or Instrumentation Certificate of Qualification or Engineering degree required.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with diverse stakeholders in a unionized environment.
