About the Role

Petro Papa is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Trades Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of preventative and predictive maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Supervise a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure technicians are competent and up-to-date with industry standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime
  • Perform performance management of direct reports, including regular feedback and coaching
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in a refinery or petrochemical environment
  • Proven supervisory experience, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures, including OSHA regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
