Electrical & Instrumentation Trades Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Trades Supervisor to join our team at HF Sinclair Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of preventative and predictive maintenance plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Supervise a team of Instrument Technicians and Electrical Technicians to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall plant performance
- Develop and maintain training programs to ensure technicians are competent to complete assigned tasks
- 5+ years of experience in refinery maintenance or operations
- Previous supervisory experience in a unionized environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Electrical or Instrumentation Certificate of Qualification or Engineering degree
