We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Ice Cream Channel Growth Strategist. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, develop strategies, and execute plans to expand our ice cream portfolio into new channels.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in business development, category management, customer marketing, or marketing. You will be responsible for:

  1. Establishing relationships with large-scale customers and distributors through expert ice cream category knowledge and best-in-class selling strategies.
  2. Managing the customer interface with key stakeholders, delivering ambitious growth targets, and creating annual joint business plans with channel partners.
  3. Leading the execution of the 6P's (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, and Processes) to maximize ROI on promotions and trade investment.
  4. Sourcing and managing third-party brokers and field sales reps to increase TDP (Technical, Distribution, and Promotional support).
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep commitment to building talent and teams in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Previous experience in business development, category management, customer marketing, or marketing (minimum 5+ years). Deep financial acumen is also essential.
