**Company Description**
Good Behaviour Ice Cream is an exciting new concept brought to you by Chef Michael Lam & Eric Chow, who, like so many people this past few year, found themselves turning to ice cream as a source of comfort. Wanting to combine the nostalgia of ice cream and submarine sandwiches with their experiences in professional kitchens and restaurants, Michael and Eric started Good Behaviour as a way to create (and let’s be honest, to eat) some of the most creative and delicious ice creams and submarine sandwiches in the city.

As the Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant and bustling store. From scooping mouthwatering ice cream flavors to crafting delectable submarine sandwiches, you will be at the heart of creating an extraordinary food experience that leaves our customers coming back for more.
**Responsibilities**
1. Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of ice cream and sandwich enthusiasts, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee the seamless functioning of the store, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and service.
3. Customer Delight: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, actively engaging with them to understand their preferences, providing recommendations, and ensuring exceptional service.
4. Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ingredients to maintain optimal stock and minimize waste.
5. Sales Growth: Drive sales through innovative strategies, promotional activities, and community engagement, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is required (minimum - 2 years experience).
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
