The Head of Human Resources and Transformation will serve as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team, supporting the operations management of our organization.

This key role will be responsible for developing and leading full-cycle HR programs, including strategy, culture, training and development, succession planning, recruitment, executive and other personnel compensation, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have over ten years of HR generalist experience at both a corporate and operational level, with experience in CPG being an asset.

He/She must have championed change initiatives and processes from origination to successful implementation, contributing to strong business results and a high-performance environment.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead HR programs to drive business outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Support succession planning and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Design and implement compensation packages for executives and other personnel.
  • Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
