We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE LTD.

About the Role:

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes directing and controlling daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, planning and organizing daily operations, supervising other workers, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Direct and control daily operations to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize employee performance and satisfaction
  • Supervise other workers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate communication and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
