Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at WASAGA ESSO. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of sales workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train sales workers to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining stock levels.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment: Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift heavy loads.
