We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at WASAGA PETRO LTD.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store inventory.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and making sales recommendations.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
