Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at WASAGA PETRO LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and supervise team members
  • Sell merchandise and maintain a welcoming store environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
