Retail Store Manager

At WASAGA PETRO LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, process sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Training and Development: Provide awareness training to employees on diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language work environment
