Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at WASAGA PETRO LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store inventory.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases, promoting sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and minimizing stockouts.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
