Énergie P38 / P38 Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the propane delivery and equipment sales market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our business within the current territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager, Service and Delivery Dispatchers, and other key staff to develop and present cost-effective solutions for propane requirements.
- Represent Énergie P38 / P38 Energy at local community functions in a professional and friendly manner.
**Requirements:**
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the energy industry would be an asset.
- Bilingual English and French would be beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a great team.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office software.
