About the Role
- Provide comprehensive legal services to clients in a wide range of family law matters, including cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts, parenting, child support, spousal support, division of matrimonial assets, and business asset claims.
- Offer day-to-day advice on various family law topics and develop effective strategies for clients.
- Prepare written and oral arguments for court proceedings.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in family law.
- Significant courtroom experience with practical solution-building skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in advocacy, negotiation, and communication.
- Strong research and writing abilities with the capacity to navigate complex issues.
- A compassionate approach to practicing family law.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
