About Our Opportunity

We are currently hiring for three term employment opportunities as Crown Attorneys based in Halifax Region. As a Crown Attorney, you will play a crucial role in upholding justice and public safety by prosecuting charges resulting from law enforcement agency investigations.

The ideal candidate will be a practicing member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society with at least three years of experience working in criminal law. You must have a thorough understanding of the prosecution process and competence in areas such as criminal procedures, evidence, and substantive criminal law.

In addition to your technical skills, we value employees who demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with law enforcement agencies, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
