Job Summary:
  • Providing legal guidance and advice on estate planning matters, including wills, powers of attorneys, and personal directives.
  • Offering expert counsel on Probate and Administration of Estates.
  • Maintaining exceptional communication with clients, support staff, and colleagues.
  • Ensuring efficient file management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least three years of relevant experience in the field;
  • Demonstrated expertise in client service and communication;
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues;
  • Proven effective client and practice management skills;
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently yet values collaboration;
  • A compassionate approach to the practice of Wills and Estates.
