Key Responsibilities:
The Wellness and Benefits Programs Coordinator will contribute to the success of the Wellness and Benefits team by administering wellness programs, services, and benefits. This position will:
- Coordinate events, develop Intranet content, generate metrics, and maintain compliance
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, templates, FAQs, job aids, and support resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver wellness-related programs and services
- Support regular audits of wellness processes, records, and documentation
- Work with the Workday Support team to configure, test, and improve the system
- Act as the first point of contact for wellness-related inquiries
- Anticipate changing circumstances and identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in cross-portfolio committees and provide administrative support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of Human Resources, administration, or similar experience
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification, an asset
- Sound knowledge of relevant employment legislation
- Comprehensive knowledge of human resources management, specifically as related to wellness programs and processes
- Currency with best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, diverse environment
- Experience with organizing and coordinating wellness initiatives/programs
- Proven relationship management skills to establish collaborative relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft applications and HRIS
