About the Role

The Wellness Program at Hillel Ontario is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual wellbeing of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement wellness initiatives and programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Provide in-the-moment support and case management to students in crisis, referring them to appropriate resources as needed
  • Collaborate with our Therapist and Wellness professional to ensure a comprehensive approach to student wellbeing
  • Maintain confidential records of student interactions and provide regular updates to our campus director
  • Participate in a community of practice with professionals from Hillels across the movement, sharing best practices and expertise
